Thanks for your prompt answer. I was about brain dead and could not remember the "ausserordentlich"
und "ordentlich." The part Meeting of Shareholders, I knew already, that it translates into Gesellschafter-
versammlung and not Aktionaersversammlung, because the agreement I was working on dealt with
a company with limited liability and not a stock company or corporation, but you could not know this.
