Explanation: Als Alternative zu dem etwas umständlichen "zu Urkunde dessen" (wobei ich mir immer nicht ganz sicher bin, wie es weitergeht, geht aus dem Pons Fachwörterbuch Recht ein etwas einfacher gehaltener Vorschlag hervor, der jedoch dasselbe aussagt: "Ich bestätige die Richtigkeit (durch meine Unterschrift)" Also, in deinem Fall etwa: "Durch unten stehende Unterschriften wird bestätigt, dass die Parteien diese Vereinbarung am o. a. Datum vollzogen haben." s. o. |
