German translation:Suggestion not to answer this request
Explanation:
Dear colleagues,

this request is part of a sample translation. Its result will decide who gets a large job.
I think that it is not fair play to ask other translators for help in such a case because the sample translation should measure ones own skills.
Therefore I suggest not to submit further answers. What do you think about this issue?

Explanation:
Just to add some comments: I didn't want to attack colleague Christian. If this was the impression, it was wrong. He can get help from whereever he wants and that's fine for me.

But: Many translators received this test translation and many difficult terms later on appeared on Proz (another under the pro-section).
What sense does it make to invest time in a test translation if difficult terms are visible for anyone? No sense for the translator because everyone knows the terms and especially no sense for the agency because they won't get additional information about the translator's expertise (especially in this case where the only difficulty was to find out the meaning of financial terminology).

Some colleagues contacted me later on to give me their support on this issue (thanks again).

Again: No offense against colleague Christian, he didn't "cheat" in my opinion, I just think it does not make sense to post terminology of sample translations.
