In meinem Kontext bezieht es sich aber auf E-Commerce. Benutzt man da im Deutschen auch "Marketmaker"?

Zahn, Bank- und Börsenwesen also says
"Marktmacher", but I believe that the English term can be used equally well and will be understood by everyone. In an e-commerce environments it may even be better as a differentiation from the German term used in financial markets.
May be your choice depends a little bit on this syntax and choice of words of your context. If it tends more towards an international usage, than I would suggest to use the English term.
