na | Factoring-Mitglied |

Factoring-Mitglied Explanation: Schwierig! "factoring" ist der Forderungsankauf. "affiliate" -> affiliated company = Mitglied (in einem Verbund). An affiliate is usually an independent company that is a member of an association or perhaps a co-operative. Here it seems that the independent company is a member of an association that buys up their receivables. This means that the member receives the amount due, minus a service charge. Factoring is also used in German and, since there is no direct charm available, I have combined bed with "Mitglied". HTH Zahn |
