Pro-Forma-Umsatz Explanation: Pro forma is used after mergers or major split-offs. Basically, if two companies merge and they want to compare their current sales to last year's results, they have to calculate pro-forma sales by simply adding last year's sales of the two then separate companies. So pro forma means these results are not the actual results, but were calculated to make the results more comparable. experience |
