Dieser Begriff kommt in einem Feedback-Formular vor. Zwei Punkte werden behandelt: "Strengths" und "Areas for further development". Bei diesen handelt es sich meiner Meinung nach effektiv um Schwächen; nachdem Schwächen aber zu negativ ist und somit auch im Englischen umschrieben wurde, gibt es etwas ähnliches im Deutschen, was motivierender wirkt?
