Das Problem ist, dass weder Backoffice noch Outsourcing klar definierte Begriffe sind. Für Backoffice käme noch "Verwaltungsprozesse" in Frage, aber das könnte schon zu konkret sein.

neutral  anisco: sorry, aber Backoffice=Verwaltungsprozesse? So einfach ist es nicht. Programmieren fällt unter Backoffice! Ist das Verwaltung? Und m.E. sind die Begriffe schon klar.
