English to German translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) | | English term or phrase: best industry practice | Taken from an Engagement Letter between a Financial Modeller and a construction consortium:
The Financial Modeller accepts that once a Model Audit has been performed he will be only indemnified from its liabilities to the extent the liabilitities have been taken over by the Model Auditor. In return, the Consortium agrees to put its best effort into negotiating a mandate with the Model Auditor complying with ***best industry practice*** and incorporating a maximum of liability transfer.
