Sorry, es ging hier um den "Head of Legal and Risk Management" des Unternehmens. Ich hatte einfach den Zusammenhang zwischen den Rückstellungen und den Rechtskosten nicht geschnallt, brauch wohl unbedingt mal eine Pause vom Arbeiten... Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!

agree  Susanne Bittner: Na, ob so viel Unterschied ist zwischen den Muscheln und den ,Niks' der Tauschkreise und wie sie alle heißen. Soweit ich weiß, beschäftigt sich das Finanzamt mit der Versteuerung von ,Niks'. Aber Rückstellungen bilden die auch mit Sicherheit nicht.
