Vielen Dank an alle! Ich denke, Ivos Vorschlag ergibt am meisten Sinn. Ich hatte auch erst an "Niederlassung" oder "Dienststelle" gedacht, dann aber die Idee wieder verworfen, da in keinem meiner Wörterbücher diese Übersetzung angeboten wurde, aber das will ja nicht immer was besagen... 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer

Im übrigen glaube ich, dass zu der von Dir erwähnten "insurance agency" hier keine gedankliche Verbindung besteht.
