"Franchisee" ist der Lizenznehmer (Franchisenehmer). Woertlich uebersetzt waere es also ein "Lizenzinhaber-" oder "Franchisenehmer-Unternehmen", klingt aber holprig.

Ich wuerde ruhig "Franchiseunternehmen" waehlen ...

Sorry fuer den Typo, natuerlich "Franchiseunternehmen".
Ergaenzend noch: "Operation" in dem Zusammenhang koennte auch das Netzwerk aller Franchisees meinen. Mehr Zusammenhang ist immer besser ;-)
