Die Auswahl und die Vorbereitungen werden mindestens drei Monate dauern und die Lieferung des ersten xx Processor™ wird voraussichtlich vor Ende 2011 erfolgen.??

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich diesen Satz richtig verstanden habe und wäre für euer kurzes Feedback dankbar! LG Martina

I think your first instinct was right, Martina.
This has not been written by a native English speaker ("at least" is in the wrong position in the sentence). I also assume the text was written a while ago (perhaps in the first half of 2011). I think what the writer meant to say is, " Selection and preparation will take at least 3 months, with the delivery of the processor expected at the end of 2011"
