1.
"The Business" = Design, manufacturing and assembly of XXX-seats as defined in Exhibit 2 for OEM- and AM sales
2.
"Gross Sales Price" = The purchase price of the XXX-seats as per ABC’s price to the AM-customer or pricing contract with any OEM in the Territory
3.
Such notice shall, if necessary, include and be accompanied with any particular local requirements taking into account the AM and OEM-business with XXX-seats in the Territory. |
