Es geht um einen Vertrag mit einem Netzwerkanbieter, im Falle des Anbieterwechsels verpflichtet sich der alte Anbieter zur Übertragung der "Assets" an den Kunden. Diese "Assets" bestehen aus Verträgen mit Drittanbietern und anderweitiger Dokumentation im Zusammenhang mit der Bereitstellung des Netzwerks an den Kunden.

Vielleicht passt das besser hier als "Vermögenswerte", wiewohl Letzteres auch vertraglich vereinbarte, übertragbare Rechte einschließen kann.
Dem Vorschlag zufolge wären die durch die Dienstleistungsvertäge verbrieften Firmenwerte immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter.
