In the context of real estate:
The rights associated with ownership of a property, including the right to enter, sell, give away, encumber, or do nothing.

It seems as if one could do this with any property anyhow; so why "Bundle" of rights? And is there a German term?

Man kann auch im Deutschen von "Bündeln von Rechten" sprechen. Zum Vergleich: http://www.google.com.pe/search?as_q=&num=10&hl=es&btnG=Búsq...

Die Frage ist: handelt es sich hier um eine Überschrift? Wenn ja, dann würde ich wie Edith einfach nur "Rechte" sagen, da sich "Bündel von Rechten" als Überschrift komisch anhört. Falls der Begriff aber mitten im Text vorkommt, kannst du durchaus "Bündel von Rechten" nehmen.
