Das \"end of term\" bezieht sich natürlich hier rein auf die \"Vertragslaufzeit\" und muß in der Übersetzung mMn nicht unbedingt einfließen.

Explanation:
Vertragsende=Kündigung ist ja ein regulärer Bestandteil des Vertrages. Hier versucht man aber schon jetzt sicherzustellen dass auch nach Auslaufen des Vertrages solche Regelungen getroffen werden dass es dem Kunden möglich ist unter geordneten, vertretbaren Umständen weiterzuarbeiten.
Denke das ist mehr als ein zusätzliches Werbeargument zu sehen.
