Explanation:
Die Verwaltung in Uganda ist LC-1 bis LC-5 eingeteilt. LC-1 ist die unterste Stufe, vergleichbar dem Gemeinderat.
Wa in dem Schreiben steht, läßt sich ohne Kenntnis des Inhalts natürlich nicht sagen. 'Bestätigung' würde ich daher weglassen, wenn Du nicht 100% sicher bist.
