English to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs / Letters Testamentary | | English term or phrase: legally proven in solemn form | Der relevante Satzteil lautet:
"at a regular term of the Probate Court, the last Will and Testament ... was **legally proven in solemn form** and was admitted to record by order."
Gibt es hierfür eine entsprechende Standardformulierung? "legally proven" habe ich bis jetzt mit "amtlich beglaubigt" übersetzt, und ist "solemn" wirklich "feierlich", oder kommt da eher "eidesstattlich" in Frage?

Das kann hier nur die Bedeutung haben, die ich einerseits auf der folgenden Site gefunden habe, nämlich "in der vom Gesetz und Gericht geforderten Form", also einfach "förmlich". Diese Übrsetzung wird auch von Collins, Rechtswörterbuch für "solemn and binding contract" gegeben, nämlich "förmlicher und bindender Vertrag".
