English term or phrase: local registrar
steht vor einer Spalte als Überbegriff (wie z.B. place of birth vor einer anderen Spalte). Dahinter dann erstmal "Date of Death" "State File No." und dann "Local Registrar - signature" darunter dann der Name und M.D.

Ist das nun der Standesbeamte oder doch ein Arzt, aber "Local" ??

disagree  David Moore: I'm not sure how many here are either based in the USA or are AENS - not many, I'd bet; but I'd counsel caution on this one WITHOUT USA agreement; WHY is a "Standesbeamter" going to claim an "M.D."????? Surely he is the local registrar, as in "hospital"?
