Habe hier eine Geburtsurkunde aus Pennsylvania, die vom "Department of Health" ausgestellt ist.

Kann mir schwer vorstellen, dass dort das Personenstandsregister (vital records) im Gesundheitsamt sitzt. Kann mir da jmd. weiterhelfen, was das noch heißen könnte, ich sehe da nämlich nicht viel Spielraum. Danke schon mal an alle da draussen.
