In Ergänzung zu Bernhards Anmerkung: Die Flächenangaben im Grundbuch geniessen keinen öffentlichen Glauben, die Eigentümerangaben schon, also doch kein 'vollständiger' Glaube.
Dabei würde ich dem Grundbuch noch eher trauen als mancher Übersetzung! |
