Es gab in proz in anderen Sprachen schon verschiedene Diskussionen zu diesem Thema, aber am meisten Sinn macht "Scilicet" (lat.), mit dem etwas spezifiziert wird, hier also State of Nevada" > County of...

Ich würde dieses SS nicht unbedingt berücksichtigen, da es sich sehr übersetzt anhören würde, ich habe aber nicht allzu viel mit Urkunden zu tun, vielleicht kann dazu jemand was sagen?
