Law/Patents - Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs / Trades Certificate of Qualification
English term or phrase: I.P. issue date
On an Ontario (Canada) Trades Certificate of Qualification issued to a person who has complied with the Trades Qualification and Apprenticeship Act for his/her "Automotive Service Technician" title, it says the who the holder of the certificate is and then it's signed by several people including the Minister of Education and Training. Then at the bottom of the certificate it says:

Date Issued: 2. March 1999
Certificate No.: XXXXX
Effective Date: 2. March 1999

***I.P. ISSUE DATE:*** 2. March 1999

How would you translate this? I don't know what "I.P." stands for.
