Asker: Ne, ein Diplom ist es nicht wirklich. Vor einpaar Monaten hatte ich mal ein deutsches "Zeugnis" in der Hand, dass auch in einer Form eines Brief geschrieben war. Bin mir aber nicht sicher ob "Zeugnis" auch in diesem Falle passt.

On the second thought, though, since it is about MD training, post-graduate training usually means "residency" ( specialization in a particular medical field)... I am an MD, but I do not know how Austrians call the final residency cartificate. Neverteless, I wanted to write this comment in case it could lead someone to come up with a better term than the listed ones ( i.i. more MD-specific).
