There are no useful hits in Google.
Can somebody explain what a "Compliance Registrar" could be?
There is an explanation of compliance at http://soswy.state.wy.us/Compliance/Compliance.aspx - but that doesn't seem to fit. What could somebody who is in charge of overseeing securities sales have to do with the authentication of documents? |
