... wäre wohl die deutsche Entsprechung, auch wenn es wohl nur ein Verwaltungsangestellter der Geschäftsstelle des Gerichts war, wobei sich deutsche und fremde Gerichte wohl ohnehin unterscheiden.
Die Übersetzung wird aber nicht ungültig, wenn der clerk gar nicht die Beamteneigenschaft hatte ;0) |
