Kann doch nicht so schwer sein, das Land und die Stadt usw anzugeben - sooo geheim wird die Übersetzung doch nicht sein. In Mecklenburg gelten andere Gesetze und gibt es andere Behördenstrukturen als in Nigeria oder Honolulu-Süd.

Ob es sich nun bei dir in dem Kontext auf dieses Amt bezieht... keine Ahnung. Ist in dem Text nicht auch irgendein Name enthalten, so dass man schauen kann ob dieser Mensch diesen Titel trägt?
