Meine Übersetzung:

Ich BESTÄTIGE HIERMIT, dass mir keine rechtlichen Gründe (bestehende Ehe, Blutsverwandtschaft, Neigungen oder Alter) bekannt sind, die der beabsichtigten Eheschließung der Antragstellerin und .....entgegenstehen.

Eigentlich ist für mich kindred und affinity beides "Verwandtschaft", ist das hier also ein typischer Doppelmoppel oder geht affinity tatsächlich in die von mir spekulierte Richung (Neigungen)?

Wer hatte das schon mal?
