Es handelt sich wie gesagt um eine Geburtsurkunde und im Original steht:
"Informant:
Name, description or relationship, and residence."
Leider gibt es nicht mehr Kontext und ich denke, dass "description" wahrscheinlich ebenfalls die Beziehung des Meldenden/der Meldenden zum Kind klaeren soll, ich kann aber leider kein gutes Wort dafuer finden.
