English to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs | | English term or phrase: court registration official | Steht unter einer Eheerlaubnis und Eheurkunde aus den Amerikanischen Jungferninseln (St. Croix).
Da in der dazugehörigen Apostille von einem clerk of the court/Urkundsbeamten die Rede ist, müsste es hierfür eigentlich einen anderen Begriff geben.
Oder würdet ihr hier auch Urkundsbeamter (des Gerichts) schreiben?
Hier ist übrigens das erstinstanzliche Gericht gemeint.
