Weiß jemand den genauen Begriff?
Der "Will Annexed" kommt auch noch an anderen Stellen vor, zum Beispiel
a person, who shall be the Administratix will Will Annexed of said estate.
Gibt es dafür einen feststehenden Begriff?

Annex ist ein Anhang (an einen Brief, eine eMail, etc.). Daher denke ich, das es sich hier um genau diese Anhänge handelt.
"Letters of Administration with Will Annexed" - Die Briefe der Administration mit dem Testament sind angehängt.
