Ich habe in keinem Wörterbuch eine passable Übersetzung des Gesamtbegriffs gefunden.
Aber darum handelt es sich. Es ist eine Bürgschaft eines Unternehmens A für ein anderes Unternehmen B gegenüber Unternehmen C, dafür dass B für eine bestimmte Zeit "am Leben bleibt"/fortbesteht, so dass ein bestimmtes Geschäft sichergestellt bleibt.
