Explanation:
Normalerweise w[rden das Leute sein, die ein Studium an einer Hochschule oder Fachhochschle hinter sich haben. Das zeigt auch die Einsicht in verschiedene englischsprachige und deutschsprachige Websites. Allerdings gibt es dann doch noch (wie von David erwähnt) die Mitgliedschaft, die durch eine Prüfung beim betroffenen Verband (o.ä.), für den die Mitgliedschaft erworben wird, erlangt wird. Das wäre aber nach der reinen Zahl der gefundenen Belege die Ausnahme.
