Hi ProZians,

I had two similar questions yesterday - and got helpful responses.

This is part of a food product description (biscuits - in the ingredients section). Considering that "chemistry" isn't my field, I really need to make sure that I get this right.

Basically, I'm presuming that "Ammoniumhydrogencarbonat" would be the correct German translation - but I'd like to make sure and double check with you...
