English term or phrase: geometric mean absorption
Context:
Iron absorption predicted by modelling

"The plasma appearance of the labelled Fe was used to estimate the absorption of the oral label form the traditional area under the curve method. There was no significant difference between the geometric mean absorption of the unlabelled and the labelled Fe."

geometrische Mittelwert der Absorption(-srate)
Explanation:
Geometric mean is the 'geometrisches Mittel' in German and 'absorption' in the context of chemistry is also called that in German.

I think that what might be problematic here is the fact that a 'rate' is implied in the text that perhaps should be included in German to make it easier to understand. So it should be in full: 'Der geometrische Mittelwert der Absorptionsrate.' or something along those lines.
