Trotzdem ist davon auszugehen, daß die DHA-Supplementierung nicht ausreicht, um die mütterliche DHA-Speicherung zu verbessern.

"accrual" bedeutet eigentlich "Zunahme", aber für "DHA-Zunahme" habe ich keinen Beleg gefunden.
