English term or phrase: Network Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Aus dem SOP einer Gen-/Pharma-Firma. In den Sätzen unten ist auch "Network" groß geschrieben,
so als ob es ein Eigenname ist bzw. mit SOP zusammen einen Eigennamen (Begriff) darstellt. Bis auf
diese beiden Sätze taucht das Wort "network" im ganzen SOP nicht auf.

unter dem Abschnitt "1. Purpose" steht :

"This ***Network Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)*** describes the standard and processes in Group Safety, Security, Health & Environmental Protection (LS) for the provision of (Acceptable Daily Exposure) ADE documents as required by ..."

und dann nochmal weiter unten im Abschnitt "References":

"The reference for this ***Network SOP*** is ..." (wobei ... eine Buchstaben-Zahlen-Kombination ist).

PS: Wie üblich tue ich mich mit der Eingruppierung schwer. Wer's besser kann, darf gerne.

Die Großschreibung dient vermutlich nur der Hervorhebung im Text, bedeutet aber m. E. nicht, dass es sich um einen feststehenden zusammenhängenden Begriff handelt.

Ich denke nicht, dass Network übersetzt werden sollte und weiterhin erscheint mir der Begriff "Betriebsanweiung" passender.
