Weigh out 500 ± 50 mg of phenoxyethanol, 500 ± 50 mg of benzyl alcohol, 400 ± 40 mg of sodium benzoate, 100 ± 10 mg of methyl paraben and 50 ± 5 mg each of ethyl- and propyl paraben and quantitatively transfer to a 100 mL volumetric flask. Record each weight to within 0.1 mg. Dissolve and ***bring to volume*** in mobile phase.
c. ***Bring to volume***, mix thoroughly, and filter the solution through a 0.45 micron filter into an HPLC vial.
b. Dilute with the appropiate mobile phase, mix well and ***bring to volume***.

Üblicherweise gibt man erst weniger Lösungsmittel hinzu. Wenn sich alle Stoffe gelöst haben, füllt man auf das erforderliche Volumen auf, z.B. bis zum Eichring im Meßkolben etc. |
