3 +2 | Fusselkontrolle |

Fusselkontrolle Explanation: It is usually the Assistant Director who says "check the gate" and it is after the director indicates that the crew should move to the next camera set-up. The gate to which she/he refers is the aperture through which the film passes to be exposed. Occasionally a shot will be done and some piece of emulsion or a fleck of dirt (or a hair if your assistant camera person is a head-banger) will have been lodged in the aperture, ruining some part of the exposed frame. The camera should not be moved until they have determined that all is well because you might have to shoot it all over again if the gate is not clean. http://www.imdb.com/Indie/Ask/20011012.html Als es dann das letzte Mal hieß "Fusselkontrolle" (eine Kontrolle des Objektives die nach jeder Einstellung gemacht wird, was bei mir jedoch jedesmal den Impuls auslöste meine Klamotten zu begutachten) und das O.K. kam, war der Jubel groß. http://www.tanjaries.de/news.html http://englisch.germanien.name/df10.htm Schlechte Takes werden gar nicht erst kopiert, das spart Kosten.
