A surgeon asks for this instrument during surgery.

"Large haemostat."
"More Suction".

I found only a few Google hits in German for Hämostat/Haemostat, with different genders (m/n).

The instrument is only shown very quickly. It looks like larges tweezers or a hook.

Could this be a "Haken"?
Any other guesses?

agree  MMUlr: wie die "Vorredner": Klemme, Gefäßklemme (in Dtschld. sagt der Chirurg meist einfach "Moskito" für Moskitoklemme, nur ist die nicht unbedingt "large"...)
