Dort wurden Mädchen aus feinen Familien Knicks, Plié, Tischmanieren und die feine Kunst der Konversation beigebracht.

Als Simpson-Fanatiker (hey, spielt schließlich alles in meiner Stadt)und subtitle-Übersetzer würde ich das einfach "Damenschule" nennen. Oder "Damen-Akademie".
