Explanation: Es hier wohl um mehr als nur längere ununterbrochene Einstellungen, sondern um durchgestaltete Abläufe in einer Einstellung. Wenn diese auch noch betonen will, dass diese eine in sich geschlossene Einheit ist, dann ist der Fachbegriff dafür: Plansequenz.
Ich vergaß... "ist im Filmbereich *und in diesem Kontext* die einzig korrekte Übersetzung für "shot"; nicht "Szene", nicht "Bildfolge" und definitiv nicht "Aufnahme". In deinem Glossar wären das Punkt 1 und Punkt 3, und die heißen im Deutschen "Einstellung". Ich habe Film studiert, und das war eine der ersten Informationen, die uns eingetrichtert wurden.
Du schreibst bei Goldcoaster:

Dem möchte ich widersprechen und dabei aus dem Unesco-Glossar zitieren:

Würdest Du tatsächlich alle drei oben zitierten Bedeutungen mit "Einstellung" übersetzen??

Explanation: Ich habe "kontinuierliche" in Klammern gesetzt, da im Grunde genommen jede Einstellung als kleinste Einheit des Films kontinuierlich ist: hier sind wohl "sorgfältig konstruierte, lange Einstellungen" gemeint.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich die "Confidence" auf 5 setzen. Es geht hier um "Panic Room" und es sind ohne jeden Zweifel "lange Einstellungen" gemeint. "Continuous shot" ist allerdings zweifelsfrei irreführend, aber der Artikel nimmt es ja auch an anderer Stelle nicht so genau (für die Kamera bei "Fight Club" war nicht David Fincher, sondern Jeff Cronenweth zuständig).
