English term or phrase: chin/gin/?? and lips
Two guys in their mid-twenties talking about two girls they met when they were younger. They call them "Chin/Gin and Lips". The first word sounds like chin or gin but I'm not sure which one it is. Any ideas why they could have called the girls that?

Explanation:
In Italian, before you drink alcohol with somebody, you say "gingin" (=cheers). That's the only thing that comes to my mind ...

OK, I found something else about that:
You spell it: cin cin (so an unvoiced "tsh") and it derives from an advertisement of Cinzano that went: Cin Cin Cinzano.
Maybe those guys refer to drinking alcohol and having fun with those girls ...

agree  Markus Hoedl: je mehr ich nachdenke, desto eher glaube ich, dass du Recht haben könntest! Allerdings nicht die eine Kinn und die andere Lippen, sondern beide "nur Kinn und Lippen"
