Der von Daniela eingestellte Satz heißt eigentlich, dass nichts über dieses Filmprojekt nach außen getragen werden darf. Insofern denke ich, dass mit "talent attachment" die Personen gemeint sind, die im Abspann eines Films genannt werden.
Hallo Daniela. Da es hier um eine juristische Formulierung geht, würde ich eher auf die (weitergehende) Offenlegung von Personen(namen) als speziell auf deren Vertrag(sinhalt) abheben. Das ist m.E. der genaue Sinn dieser Klausel (siehe meinen Vorschlag).

Explanation: Hier geht es in der Verschwiegenheitsklausel genaugenommen wohl nicht nur um die auszuschließende Offenlegung von (Talent attachment-)Verträgen (sonst würde da auch eher contracts stehen), sondern darum, bereits die Namen der weiteren Mitwirkenden und die Tatsache ihrer Verpflichtung geheimzuhalten.

Mit 'talent' ist nach meinem Verständnis das Kreativteam (Darsteller, Regisseur, Produzent etc.) beim Filmemachen gemeint, also nicht nur Darsteller sondern eben alle künstlerischen Mitwirkenden (nicht aber z.B. Techniker).
