A job description from a sitcom show. Any good, short German word for this term? (Short, because I have very limited space only.)

"show runner" ist ein Autor, der als Leiter des Autorenteams für Fernsehshows fungiert. Keine Ahnung, wie das auf Deutsch heißen mag. Das einzige, was vielleicht nahe kommt, ist Showautor oder vielleicht Episodenautor. Ein paar deutsche Sites benutzen "Show Runner". Mit "junior" wird das Ganze noch uneleganter... "Zweiter" wird manchmal in diesem Sinne gebraucht (z.B. zweiter Produzent).
