Licensee shall comply and shall cause all Exhibitors to comply with all contractual, guild and union requirements for *advertising and publicity credits* to Third Parteis who provided services and materials in connection with the Licensed Motion Pictures. In all packaging, advertising and publicity as to sequence, type, style, relative size and prominence and content of *credits*, Licensee shall comply with all instructions regarding *screen and advertising credits* provided to Licensee by XX or contained in any press boods provided to Licensee by XX, and shall not in any way change or delete *credits*, logos or copyright notices contained in any Materials.

agree  Ingrid Blank: In this context I agree with Christian, Vor -oder Nachspann would be credit titles, here it is ' Anerkennung, Erwähnungen,Liste der Mitwirkenden und Beteiligten'
