  -> it does not have to be a literal or exact translation here IMHO
agree  Valeska Maier-Wörz: Ich finde auch, dass man hier freier übersetzen kann. Die großen Abfindungen könnte man reinbringen, indem man es "die teuersten Scheidungsschlachten" nennt.

  -> I just thought that a settlement in this context does not necessarily mean that the people totally agree with what is settled -depends on whether it has to be literal or not
