English term or phrase: REG cover
OPEN REG COVER AND BTR COVER

as before no further context.

I found this term on the Dell support website but there are no pictures so I still don't know what it is. At least, there's some more context in connection with paper jams but it still doesn't tell me which cover this is:

When "Reg Cover" appears in YYY, the procedure to remove print media is different depending on whether the Duplex Module is attached or not.

Rückseitenabdeckung innen
Explanation:
"OPEN REG COVER" is displayed if a paper jam happens. The document "Clearing Jams" refers to it as "inner rear cover"
