für das "basic entry" schlage ich "Einspielung" vor, ich denke, es geht hier um die Übertragung der vorhandenen Daten (Bestandsdaten) in eine neue Datenbank. In diesem Zusammenhang spricht man oft von einer "Einspielung von Daten"
